Great place. Great trainer. Sean is very personable, knowledgeable, and is great at tailoring workouts for different styles of individuals and groups. Training with him I've dropped 70 lbs, and gone from not being able to do 1 pushups to now deadlifting 325lbs (working towards 400lbs). I loathe standard cardio (running, biking etc), but he makes it fun using combinations of kettle bells, medicine balls, jump rope, rowing, you name it. Could not have done it without him. Highly recommend. Weight training? Go there. Cardio? Go there. Trying to figure out how to get healthier? Go there.
