A great gym and an awesome community! The trainers are really focused on you learning proper form and new movements. Been going here for about 5 years and I recommend it to literally everyone

While I have nothing but good things to say about The Training Room, this review is specifically about their maintenance dept. Today my gym bag got trapped inside the Stairmaster, and I'm aware that sounds absurd but I placed it right at the end of the steps and the revolving motion scooped it up and it was suddenly inside the machine. Their maintenance man was on it immediately and successfully retrieved my bag all while being incredibly kind and understanding of such a strange occurrence. Their helpfulness and customer service is excellent and I wish them all the best.

I've been to three circut training group classes in the past 2 weeks. I liked my first class so much a bought a 12 class pass afterwards. Ive worked with a trainer one on one before but that was years ago and strength training on my own wasn't cutting it anymore. A few of my friends have been going for a while and love it so i tried it.
I found the trainers to be really knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained each exercise and gave good one on one instruction on how to use proper form. Being new to class they were very good about checking in and providing help.

I found it based upon a recommendation of a massage therapist who was helping me recover from a back injury. I started out with personal training sessions and then moved on to focus on classes a few times a week. The staff is really pretty great, they focus on doing the movement correctly which means you don't get hurt! The classes definitely vary in intensity but once you figure it out you'll have a great experience.
