I stumbled upon this studio through class pass. I have lived in JP for years and didn't know it was there until now. I have fallen in love this this studio! It is so welcoming, the instructors have all been so knowledgable and helpful. There is truly people of all levels and it is such a non-competitive, supportive environment to be in!
It's been hard for me to find a studio I love this much - but this is it. And I drive 25 min out of my way to get here.

I've practiced with 6 different teachers and they all bring their own personality and approach while all sharing the core principals of health, self care, mindfulness, and general peace. Going here for the past few weeks has reawakened my love of yoga and I'm now practicing almost daily. Thanks JPCY!!
