Terri is an incredibly skilled yogi, and puts so much thought into her sequences. She treats each person who walks through her door like someone special, and encourages the best in everyone. One of the best!

Relaxing, positive energy, friendly. I feel comfortable there. Evan is so helpful and full a great info. I've learned a lot in baby music class and implemented what I've learned there to playtime at home.

Moved away and miss this place regularly. Studio is well run; easy to sign up for classes or just drop in. Instruction is consistently excellent. A perfect blend of mindfulness, breathing, and strength training. Instructors know when to correct your form and when to encourage you to push yourself to the next level. Recommend highly.
