Friendly staff and great services! The instructors are kind, patient, challenging and helpful. The facilities are clean and provide everything you need to attend class. It is a healthy, positive space, and the many deals they have going on make it a rare affordable yoga studio here in Cambridge - a great addition to the community because of that.

Diverse, authentic studio. Love the vibe and the teachers are amazing. Beautiful place to develop a yoga practice, everyone should join!

I cant say enough good things about Breathe!!! I've been to a number of boutique fitness classes and this is second to none. Shelley keeps every class energetic and engaging. I highly recommend!

I have been an active person my whole life - gymnast, professional dancer, triathlete, cyclist. Then I got sidelined after a cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgery. I was thrown into menopause and faced a 6 month recovery period minimum, during which I put on a lot of weight. I was a wreck - emotionally, mentally and physically. I tried all kinds of things to help me get to a place physically that I recognized - but couldn't find it. My daughter and I tried Breathe Cambridge. I barely made it through that first class. I wasn't going to go back - but with my daughters encouragement and the amazing support I received from the Breathe Cambridge staff I have turned the corner. I am back to being me, again. Thank you Breathe Cambridge - and your wonderful staff of instructors across the board. You have given me myself back to me! xo

If you like doing pranayama over a garbage heap, this place is for you! The studio is absolutely disgusting, heated to more than 100 degrees F, with a carpet soaked in sweat. The teacher speaks the routine through a headset and does not do any of the asanas himself. Bootcamp mentality, the teacher unwisely encouraged the students to do things until it hurts, to lock the knees, and even suggested for one pose that you should be feeling like you are choking for breath. He got the last one right, at least. Also, the front door of the studio is locked so people cannot come and go as they please, an obvious fire code violation. Yoga should be healthful, supportive, and rewarding, not disgusting and intimidating. With the many sophisticated, clean studios in Cambridge I would avoid this one, which has the highest class drop in fee, $20.

I am writing a review b/c I want to share the facts.....If you know what Yoga is then you have found a great studio with great instructors, clean and friendly environment and an ideal location.

If you are not aware of what Bikram Yoga is then google it and read for 5 min. It is intense yoga, and provides you w/ an overall feeling of accomplishment upon completion. Key is completion. It is Heated... and I love it.... If you like a challenge.... if you want to push yourself to a level of deep focus and concentration there is no better place! Take your time... sit in your 1st session and just BREATHE. You will cleanse toxins from your body through sweat and the unique breathing exercise. This I speak of only through what I felt when an active member. My first day got me hooked b.c of the overall health benefits I was feeling. I am a Health Coach and was pleasantly surprised when the instructor educated the class during exercises!!!! GREAT PLACE FOR AN UNBELIEVABLE AND CHALLENGING WORKOUT. If I do this forever I may be living well beyond 120 yr. Wohooooo!! Just wish it was more affordable.

This studio must have changed management and had a significant renovation since the earlier reviews below were written. Bikram Yoga is a specialized yoga that takes place over 90 minutes in a 105 degree heated room. It is very difficult (you will sweat a lot) but completely worth the effort as the after affects are amazing - you feel more energetic and healthier. The studio is VERY clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.
