I would not buy into any promotions they offer. I wanted to try the 3-day free trial they had posted all over Facebook, then when I got contacted as a follow-up the rep from the club named Dean Smida he told me there is a 10 day free trial promotion I can take advantage of, and when I cancel everything will be refunded. He told me the wrong last day to cancel, first of all. Then, when I tried to cancel the day before (which coincidentally would have been my last day to cancel) and left a voicemail, and when I didn't hear back that day, I sent him an email right before 12am, trying to confirm my cancellation. I do not hear back for 3 days until finally he gives me a call to tell me that unfortunately, since I did not cancel in time, I was now locked into a 3 month contract, and there is nothing he can do to get me a refund. I told him I had left him a voicemail, which he claims he did not get. Then I said I also cancelled via email, but he said the email was sent after business hours, so even though it was on the last day, it did not count. I have yet to see the fine print anywhere that claimed that if you did not cancel a free trial within business hours, your cancellation is void. I also find it quite incredulous that a business that charges your credit card for a free trial, somehow has no ability to offer a refund that they promised, because I was "locked to a three month contract", which by the way, he never mentioned either was part of the promotion. Just bad business man.
