Awesome class
I love heated yoga. My favorite time to come here is early mornings before work. So soothing.
I like EVERY THING except the that I do NOT get to keep the $99 a month for as long I as I wish to stay with you :) The installations are nice, the heat on the yoga room is a really cool idea, the locker room is ALWAYS clean, the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash is so GREAT! I really recommend it to anyone!Of course, there is room for improvement, like the fact that the instructors should ask the new it they have any particular injury (or maybe the form should ask it).

First, a welcoming environment! When you walk it to Core Power, you're immediately in a welcoming and SAFE space. Everyone has different shapes and emotions, but I appreciate that the instructors ALWAYS make you feel that you are doing your best, even if you're taking a break, because you've worked harder than you thought you would and don't want to pass out.After class, it's always great to be able to chat for a few minutes, just to either talk about a specific pose that worked or didn't work, and how to adjust it for next time. Plus, the endorphins (oh the endorphins), just make me (at least) feel like accomplished something, Core Power empowered me, so I leave the building ready to tackle life in a calm and positive nature.Basically? Core Power is the ultimate natural reset button when I'm feeling blah. They turn that blah into a "yeah, you got this!"

Great teachers, beautiful facilities, and a good amount/variety of classes offered! I understand why it's expensive, but I do wish it were a little cheaper. It's great if you're a first-timer or a student, but gets extremely expensive if you're not in college or you've already used your promotional weeks.
