This studio is 95% college age women in its classes, and they also turn the music way up in class and it feels more like a dance or calisthenics class. I prefer more of a quiet class to bring my mind into focus, and focus more on the yoga.... more

The staff is friendly and welcoming, most of them welcome me by name, the place is clean and bright, good music but not too loud, plenty of equipment and trainers. Really a nice place.... more
Class was over booked, locker room was HORRIBLE. No room for anything. Took the Power Burn class. Was hoping it would be more like a Les Mills GRIT class. Would like to have had more cardio and less weights.... more

I love the instructors at this studio, but the management is very unresponsive. I purchased a class pack but had issues booking online. The management never responded to emails requesting assistance, causing the class pack to expire and me to lose $40.... more
I have tried to get a hold for literally months with the people in charge to set up the assessment and 12 week transformation program. The staff on the phone is sterile borderline rude and again it is impossible to get a hold of anyone so that I can become a member.... more

No where to park, no signs or any guidance to parking. Change $10 to get in and there are way more people inside than seats or places to watch from. Not right. Walked a full lap and not able to find a space.... more

I think this is a very good gym. The coaches are all very attentive and help me with my form so I can do the exercises properly and not hurt myself. I also really like the class selection.... more

Would be awesome if they enforced some of their rules. Students don't follow written guidelines,. Ridiculous that Harvard's fitness facilities are typified by this place. Wellness is most certainly not a priority on this campus.... more
