This was my first time doing yoga since high school (1980s). Instructor was very professional and class was extremely relaxing. Also Love the studio.
The atmosphere was totally peaceful. The private session afforded me the opportunity to totally unwind and concentrate on me. Courtenay was able to assess exactly what I needed to address the areas where I was experiencing pain from a pinched nerve. I left with a series of stretches that I can do on my own to continue my healing process. She was awesome! I will definitely be registering for additional classes. A+
This was my first time participating in a yoga class. (Yin Yoga) I had a wonderful experience and will be visiting again. Toni is a great teacher and made us feel comfortable. It was a great way to end a busy week and prepare for the weekend. The facility is beautiful and I felt love and peace in that space. I would definitely recommend Shabach Yoga to all my family and friends.
Shabach Yoga is AMAZING! I always enjoy my experiences every time I go! Courtenay and her staff is ALWAYS professional and their motto is "Do what feels comfortable for you" so there is never any pressure, which I can definitely appreciate! I look forward to going again soon for the "Yoga for Energy Balancing". I suggest everyone go to at least one of these sessions for Chakra enlightenment and connection! I truly appreciate that this business has done and continues to do for my life!

I absolutely love this place!! Every time I come, I'm amazed!! I've taken the Peaceful yoga and Soothing Soul yoga classes! The names say it all!! Courtenay is so attentive and patient!! She really does a great job explaining things and providing modifications for those new to yoga like me. If you want a relaxing yet challenging workout this is the place for you!! I'll definitely be back!!
