Was doing the month trial but in my third class I had an unpleasant experience and decided to stop going. I'm a bodybuilder and I thought this yoga could help release some muscle tension. After my third class ever, the instructor (after having called me out 3 or 4 times during class for not being able to do certain moves) came up to me and asked if I was injured and why I couldn't do the "simplest moves". Kind of judgmental. Disappointed.

This is a great place to practice! The teachers are willing to assist you in developing your practice. The owners are amazing! This is the best place to practice in the DMV!

I love it! Staff is friendly. I especially enjoy working with Stephen. The scheduling is convenient. Big studio. Diverse set of students. ^_^

My time here has been fantastic! All of the instructors are very diverse in their teaching approach and many times you will see them right beside you in class. There is a nice sense of family and they are very welcoming to people of all abilities/experience. Highly recommended!
