They place the power where it belongs, within you. And they help build strength physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
After starting Body & Brain in May 2017 I have reconnected with what my heart truly wants for my life. I have been able to create healthier boundaries in my relationships. I feel more balanced physically and emotionally.
The classes they offer provide great exercise and relaxation. Every class ends with breathing and meditation after stretching. For those who are seeking answers to questions like, "What is my purpose?" "What do I really want?" They offer workshops that allow you to go inward and find the answers within yourself.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I have seen such positive changes in myself and others. Body and Brain is a model in teaching self care and healing :)

I attended class at this center and found the instructor to be very welcoming and helpful throughout the experience. I was able to focus on my own stretching and improving my condition and felt so much better after class. I even recommended my family to try out this yoga! It is not difficult at all, and it helped me feel relaxed for the first time in a long time.

Two words...life changing. I found my way to Body and Brain a few weeks after being diagnosed with bone marrow failure. I was looking for a non-medicine option for stress relief. What I found has literally changed me forever. I cannot say enough good things in this review about Joseph and the atmosphere created at this center. I am fighting this battle with positivity and strength. What more can be said?

Great classes and GREAT instructors. I almost got surgery but after 1 year of practice and taking the self-healing workshops they recommended my back pain is gone. Stronger than ever, happier, and finally comfortable in my own skin. Signing up for Finding Your True Self workshop was the best choice i ever made!!

I have been practicing at Body & Brain for many years now. Since I began, and with consistent practice, I have been able to significantly improve my mind/body connection that can easily be thrown off by too much external stimulus - computers, people, etc. I have greatly improved my flexibility and strength... AND the biggest thing is I've gained many tools for how to manage my emotions. This is a TRUE mindfulness practice. Thank YOU!!! I highly recommend this practice to anyone. I have been a member for three years. The classes are excellent. Today, after traveling for a month I returned to stretching class. Even though I had been active I was stiff and achy. One hours later I felt renewed and flexible. I highly recommend this location. Instruction is top notch.

When I started Brain and Body Yoga with Ba, I was VERY sick. I had a head to toe rash and my digestion was very poor. Ba helped me recover, FULLY, with more energy and vitality than ever! At 60 years old, my skin is smooth, my mind is focused and my spirit is very peaceful. My digestion has improved, I lost weight and my relationships with my family have improved. Besides my health improvement, I've really enjoyed interacting with the community of people that attend classes.
