The facebook advertisement said free 42 day detox. They really want to charge you $600. Cross fit is good so I've heard but feel a lot like this was a bait and switch. When you opt for free nutritional program they suddenly have to cancel the appointment the day before...a bit too coincidental for my taste. Not feeling this at all now. Glad I didn't put money into it. Apparently several local gyms/businesses like this are using the same scam to get people in the doors.

I like the 42 day detox program but not able to do it onsite due to personal issues. But coach Josh is very helpful and guide me alternative ways by doing the same at my place and still having accountability.
I will update here later how it goes.

Started at MoCo Crossfit 6 weeks ago via the 6 Week Challenge with my son and it's been a great experience! My son lost 26 pounds and I lost 9 over the course of the challenge. The other CrossFit members are supportive and encourage you like a family; the coaches really care about your wellbeing and safety. The workouts will push you to do more than you thought you could! We are stronger, more confident and healthier as a result of our experience, we highly recommend MoCo CrossFit.

Started at MoCo Crossfit 6 weeks ago and it's been fantastic! The community is a family; the coaches really care about your wellbeing and safety. The work outs will push you to do more than you thought you could! I highly suggest them if you're even THINKING about learning about CrossFit.

I have been going to this place for about seven months now, and the experience has generally been positive. But I am posting this review for the first time so that they take action about some plumbing issues in the showers which I have called out but they have not actioned yet.

I've gotten to know these guys over the past 2 years and I am very impressed by their teaching methods. They take the extra step to teach the movements properly so injuries are avoided. As a physical therapist, I place high value on movement education and I know these guys do it right. Lifting weights with bad form is a recipe for injury, but these guys make sure you get the movement down first before throwing weight up. The community of people there are wonderful and welcoming. Josh and Arthur are great people.

Very nice coach

Very friendly atmosphere. Also very generous. I am one of those annoying guys who lingers and works out for hours. They don't mind at all, they let me hang out in the back and do my thing while other classes are going on. Plus it's only as competitive as you make it, there is no pressure or attitude to be competitive. Here's how you know people like it, it's very common for members to stay after class and socialize or stretch. The members just like being there. Don't hesitate to join.

I recently started working out at Rockville Crossfit, but I've known Woo and Caleb for a few years now.

These guys are top-notch coaches, but more importantly, they really care about seeing their members succeed. Maybe that means shedding some pounds. Maybe that means getting stronger. Maybe it means setting a PR in some metcon or learning some new skill. Whatever it is, they'll work with you and help push you to achieve those goals, even if that means a custom training plan.

Some other CF gyms treat the gym strictly as a business to bring in money, but Rockville CF treats the gym as a vehicle to help people. That's a small difference with big benefits for the members.

As for everything else at Rockville Crossfit, the facility is clean with plenty of good equipment. And the members that I've met are all really nice and range from super fit 20-somethings to older folks who just want to get in better shape.

I think they offer a free intro session or something so it's worth checking out if you're curious.

Tons of space, top of the line equipment, a supportive environment, challenging programming, and phenomenal coaches- Rockville CrossFit is everything you want in a CrossFit box! The athletes are the focus here, whether you're looking to get in shape or take your fitness to another level and compete. And you won't find better people to spend your time with!
