I've been with Sid Yoga for a year now and couldn't be happier! Recently a water main burst on York Rd causing me to lose water from my condo for a few days. I have a membership with them but they were nice enough to let me come use the showers even though I wasn't taking a class that evening and I just thought that was worth sharing.... more

I recommend people all the time! I absolutely love it here at the Y in Towson. It is neat and clean, and has plenty of equipment. I go early in the morning and always have the space that I need.... more
Today was my first time going to the gym And it wasnt nearly as bad as I had made it out to be in my head. The employee at the desk was friendly and patient, and I noticed staff members making rounds throughout the gym regularly, which helps with feelings of safety.... more
Try as I might over the years, I just haven't managed to turn myself into an athlete. But I still need to find a way of keeping fit as I "approach" a certain age. I figured why not cheat with the sweating with hot yoga? My daughters and I went to the Towson location several times over the summer and we loved it! The vibe is very mellow and non-keeping-up-with-the-Joneses like you have at so many gyms.... more
Love the staff very personal approach and encouraging! Cute studio. Good workout spinning and friendly instructors... with a good mix of teaching styles I prefer coach style and really enjoyed working out here 3-4 times per week.... more
This is a pretty good gym that comes with saunas, basketball gym, a weightlifting area, open yoga classes, boxing section, cardio, for about $30/mo.. I asked LA Fitness in Towson to freeze my account and not take any of my money but instead they did and took out $80.... more
