I can't say enough good about this studio!! From the management to the instructors, everyone is top notch. So caring and kind. The variety of classes offered is fantastic. From the gentle and restorative classes for folks like myself that have a bad back or chronic pain issues to the higher energy kick boxing and Zumba classes, there is truly something for everyone.... more

I have been going with my 12 year old for the last 5 years. The instructors are great!!!! There are kids from 4 to 50+. Heheh. I am one of them. Everyone is friendly and the kids learn self confidence as well as inner self worth.... more
Nice staff, plenty of equipment, low price. Don't know what else you'd need from a gym.. Gym is ok. Just like that it's 24 hours. Needs better or more variety of equipment... more
