We have been going to Clinch for over 5 years. We have 4 boys and currently 3 are enrolled and are 4th will be as soon as he turns 4. This academy is not only amazing at teaching our children jujitsu but life long skills!.... more
My daughter and i both love 24/7 dance! They help her grow as a person and a dancer. Everyone from the teachers to the office staff are friendly and professional and put our childrens experience first.... more

Friendly, helpful staff.. I live 2 blocks away from here so I may be biased but this place is great for folks that live in downtown Frederick!! You will be hard to find a better price and the equipment is good with a nice variety.... more
This place had potential, we had some good class and some not so good. The last straw is when I tried to cancel my membership during the pandemic. We had let our membership continue even through the gym had closed hoping things would reopen soon.... more
