I can't say enough good about this studio!! From the management to the instructors, everyone is top notch. So caring and kind. The variety of classes offered is fantastic. From the gentle and restorative classes for folks like myself that have a bad back or chronic pain issues to the higher energy kick boxing and Zumba classes, there is truly something for everyone.... more

We are visiting from Ohio & came to Glen Burnie. Really nice box, nice people & the coach Butch was great. Had a good workout & was very helpful. I would highly recommend this box if you are looking for a CrossFit place.... more
