Onelife South Frederick is a wonderful facility with great employees. I have recommended to all of my friends. If you want to get started with your fitness journey, go in there and talk to Leland. He is a wonderful manager and will definitely get you on the right path !
Really enjoy the vibe at Onelife South. Originally had the combo North/South membership, but after gong to both realized South had what I wanted and needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Always a smile and greeting when you arrive and a "have a great day" when you leave! Plenty of equipment with variety and lots of group classes as well. Glad I joined the Onelife family!

I was so blessed to find Onelife Fitness Gym. The employees and trainers are all friendly, positive and very helpful. The gym itself is very clean and all the equipment too is kept clean and in great working condition. My trainer, Lisa Burdette, helps me with workouts and diet. She is the one I attribute all my success too. Lisa is "always" positive and is a wonderful motivator. Even if I fall short of meeting a goal or am down, she is there with her always encouraging words. I leave our training session with a super "CAN DO" attitude. Thank you Lisa! ep

I am no beginner when it comes to working out. I have tried other gyms in the past, so believe me when I say that none of them comes close to One life Fitness in terms of the equipment, facilities, and staff.
I fell in love with not only the facility, but the staff at OneLife SF.

Normally a good gym and staff but sitting in my car right now waiting for the gym to open at 7am on Saturday and it's 7:16am still not open. Limited time to workout today. Removing some stars.
I am actually a beginner and I thought I would be uncomfortable. But the staff were very nice and helpful. I felt like I was really welcomed properly. Great gym!

Great gym. Best show in town for sure. Perfect for lifting and intense workouts. Ask for Herberth. Great guy!!
Best gym in Frederick. Has everything you'd need and both the staff and members are awesome. I've been coming here for 3 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Plus, the membership price for what you get is pretty remarkable.
Monday nights can get busy, but other than that I never have an issue finding the equipment I need.
I LOVE this facility. The equipment is always clean and there is always a staff member nearby if you have questions or need help. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly (especially Herbert)!
The classes are my favorite, especially the BANG classes. The instructors are patient, encouraging and empowering...and IT'S FUN!
Zone 4 is amazing as well, it works your whole body (in only about an hour) and John is a great coach!
All in all, this gym is the real deal! Even after a long day at work or I'm tired, I still get excited to go and workout.
Onelife Fitness South is a great gym. Has a ton of machines and free weights to work every muscle group. Back day, in particular, is awesome at South gym. You never have to wait very long (if at all) and the machines are kept clean and functional. The Kids Club is the best - I have 4 kids and they love going to the daycare. There are plenty of activities for the kids, from drawing to video games. The daycare staff are all very professional and watch your kids for up to 2 hours. Sarah, the kids club manager, has hired great staff that really get to know my kids.
One Life South Frederick is an outstanding facility in all aspects! The equipment goes above and beyond what a standard gym has and the staff does the same. Everyone is so friendly and truly interested in helping their members have a great experience. You'll never get bored at this facility with the variety of options they have for you to get your results. By far the greatest gym I've ever been to!
I have been coming to this gym for over 5 years. Even though there are gyms closer to where I live, I will not switch gyms. I love my trainer Yolanda and have been with her since the beginning. The club is always clean and the staff is friendly. Excellent number of machines to client ratio. The Kidz Club is awesome. I always feel comfortable leaving my kids in their care!
