I realized I needed to put some physical activity into my life late last year and decided to find a trainer to help me figure out how to use a gym as I had little to no experience. Kip and Teresa have been amazing and have made me enjoy coming to work hard at the gym each week and gain strength in ways I hadn't imagined.

I truly enjoyed working out at IN-FIT Personal Training Studio. I joined and completed the 12-week course. The IN-FIT staff are extremely friendly, professional, and taught me a lot about weight training and cardio. I learned a lot of new techniques and skills to weight training and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I recommend this to anyone wanting to try something other than a typical gym, you will truly see results.

After visiting several gyms and searching the internet for the right place were my 10 year old daughter could exercise I had no luck. One night I came a cross with the IN-FIT STUDIO web page. I wrote an email and quickly got a response from Kip Jawish. We made an appointment with him and my daughter immediately felt very comfortable. Kip is very professional, friendly, highly skilled and Knowledgeable; The studio is always very clean and pristine. I know that A personal trainer can be a great way to learn healthy behaviors that will last a lifetime and that is exactly what I wanted to get her in the habit of making exercise part of daily routine. I have noticed that training had help her build higher self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment, along with helping her to get in better shape, more strength, Better health, Increased overall body-tone, Increased concentration and Decreased weight . He starts with the basics and do not increase difficulty or resistance unless She has mastered the movement or shows noticeable strength gains while maintaining proper form. He knows when he can push her to do a little more and when to easy off. I am seeing her do things that I have never imagined she would be able to do. He has a sense of humor and patience to work with kids, he has helped her with balance and coordination, he creates training sessions around fun activities and laughs always with Positive reinforcement telling her how hard she is working, he offers a balanced routine of strength, cardio and core exercise. He is Constantly asking her how she is feeling or how tired she is while exercising. I completely trust him with the training of my daughter, He really knows what he is doing. Thank you Kip, You are the best!

I just started working out with Kip and I have to say, I was very intimidated at first. I expected to find myself the only overweight person in a room packed with superior athletes and rock hard bodies. But instead it was a very private and personal experience, and Kip made me feel very at ease--my shame and embarrasment went out the back door. Kip was also sensitive to my physical limitations arising from a recent surgery. He knows when and how much to push me, lets me whine a bit, but doesn't let me get away with anything. I used to really dread these workouts, but now I really look forward to them, thanks to Kip and the team at In-fit!
