I live 2 blocks away from here so I may be biased but this place is great for folks that live in downtown Frederick!! You will be hard to find a better price and the equipment is good with a nice variety. Free weights and machines. Trx , ropes,a wall to do core with medicine balls, basically all the equipment you need and then some. For those with little ones looks like they have a room for them while you workout. $21 a month $ 16 if 55 and older.
This is the gym I always go to while living downtown. No contract, pay per month if you want, its what I do. Affordable and I can walk here from work. Would reccomend for a gym if you're living in Downtown Frederick.
Equipment needs an upgrade but good place to get some work in.
This place has old equipment, but the equipment is quality! I enjoy working out here as I can find all of the equipment that I feel that I need (and more!) You also can't beat the price! As long as you can get past the fact that this place isn't flashy and brand new, you will be able to get a great sweat and build some muscle!

Great place to take the kids to play basketball. I recently moved to Frederick and searched for places to take my 3 children to shoot hoops. Found Talley and it's only $2 for entry.
