I've been working out twice a week for 4 1/2 months. This is the first time I've actually looked forward to working out. I am uncoordinated and was out of shape when I started. I have lost inches and feel strong and proud. The trainers have all been extremely encouraging, motivating, and very patient with me. When I've needed correction when doing a move in an unsafe way, they've done so in a caring way without making me feel stupid. They make the classes fun and change things up to keep us motivated and challenged. Additional support through social media and email on nutrition and well being adds to making me the best version of myself. They also have parties and make the members feel like the 39 minute family and not just customers.
