By far the best yoga classes I've ever taken. The instructor gently guides our class through breathing exercises that relax our entire system. Then we do yoga poses that focus our breathing, while also improving our body's flexibility and strength. After all the poses, we lie down on our yoga mats and go through a very deep guided relaxation.
Everyone always ends the class feeling overwhelming joyful, and one lady even exclaimed, "This class is my medicine!", referring to the healing benefits she got from such positive emotions. I often bring my friends and family to come with me to the class, and I highly recommend all to call the studio's phone number with any questions.
