It's a little on the pricey side compared to a basic gym membership or even crossfit, but I'm enjoying the workouts which are challenging but scalable. There's also a good mix of workouts that target different areas like strength, cardio, core, plyo, etc.
The facilities and equipment are all clean and well maintained, and it's nice to be able to do circuit training workouts without all the set up and cleanup. It's a very efficient use of your 45 mins.
The main downside of this location is that parking isn't free, but the parking garage down the street is about $1/hour which isn't so bad (fyi, street parking meters are $2/hour), but can add up if you're going multiple times a week.
