This studio is new and a welcome addition to the Hampden-Medfield yoga scene. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage, classes run all day fit for any schedule, and the teachers really make an effort to get your feedback and see if you like the class.... more

One is my favorite experiences !!. Did the c2 yoga and it was my first ever yoga experience. Instructor was welcoming and non judgemental. The workout was both tough and fantastic - I felt by the end I had achieved something for my lungs, mind, and body.... more
