Been here twice when we visit Baltimore. Great classes both times!
It's an interesting concept. The room is very dark and the music blasts. There is a trainer at the front who is telling you how fast to go, when to squeeze your abs, basically coaching/encouraging you. It's a good workout. They give you a sweat towel at the beginning and a cool-down towel at the end. The seats are kind of uncomfortable, though.
I absolutely love this place! Every single person, teachers, owners, the people behind the desk, and other people who take class could not be any better! 10/10 reccomend!

Rev has been a lifesaver for me. It has added much needed variety into my cardio schedule. For me, running can get boring. Clean, well maintained facility, and great teachers. Kelly is especially amazing!
