I first thought it was a bit of a gimmick, but after attending a few classes was converted. I have been going ton this specific location about 2-3 times per week for the last four months. Really friendly staff; very supportive and not intrusive to your workout. The workouts can be sneaky difficult because you are done in 30 minutes, hence my initial skepticism. But the beauty is that the pace can be moderated to level of fitness and in thirty minutes the general routine can have you dripping in sweat.
Be aware that is not a traditional martial arts gym. The focus here is not really on technique or training for a fight. If you are looking for that, I would not recommend this place.
The only downside is that it can be a little pricey. I started off with the intention of doing one class a week but now I'm hooked. However, if it provides a healthy lifestyle change, it's way worth it.
