Inline Private Training is one of those hidden gems that once you find, you want to tell everyone about. I had worked out with a trainer a few times (mostly at Giant Gyms) and it had never been a good experience. I hated it, frankly. But I saw an advertisement for Inline and decided to follow their Facebook page. Last spring they offered a small group training workshop. I signed up and hoped for the best. It was amazing. Marianne and Josh, our trainers, were spot on. They spent time speaking with each member about their goals and past injuries, making sure to push us properly. My big thing was that I wanted to be able to do a standard push-up by the time I finished. I can now do at least 15 (a far cry from not ever having done one in my entire life). I learned to push myself harder, how to eat in order to train my body, how to modify when old injuries flared up and how to dig deep when I wanted to call it a day. The 4 week series was so addicting that I just kept signing up for additional series. The team at Inline really knows their stuff and I think that's what makes the difference. It's never "one size fits all" there - they really work to custom build your workout based on what you want to achieve. Everyone greets you with a smile and wants to know how your week is going. It's like working out with a really in-shape best friend and I'd highly, highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in better shape or just learn how to train smarter.
