Inline has been a God-send for me. I have scoliosis, and before I started at Inline I suffered from pretty consistent back and hip pain. I was also pretty embarrassed by the fact that my scoliosis was noticeable to others. I have been taking personal training sessions with Josh Kirk for about 5 months now and the results have been amazing. I no longer have any pain and my posture is noticeably better (several people have commented on the difference!). Josh is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what muscle groups to work to get results. He is easy to work with but still pushes you. The workouts are low impact and centered on lengthening the muscles (which has been extremely beneficial for my back).
On top of the work on my back we still work on arms, legs, and my core. He helped to make me look and feel fantastic on my wedding day.
I am really happy with my results at Inline. Personal training at Inline is leaps and bounds better than anything I ever received at gym. Totally worth the money!
Inline Private Training is one of those hidden gems that once you find, you want to tell everyone about. I had worked out with a trainer a few times (mostly at Giant Gyms) and it had never been a good experience. I hated it, frankly. But I saw an advertisement for Inline and decided to follow their Facebook page. Last spring they offered a small group training workshop. I signed up and hoped for the best. It was amazing. Marianne and Josh, our trainers, were spot on. They spent time speaking with each member about their goals and past injuries, making sure to push us properly. My big thing was that I wanted to be able to do a standard push-up by the time I finished. I can now do at least 15 (a far cry from not ever having done one in my entire life). I learned to push myself harder, how to eat in order to train my body, how to modify when old injuries flared up and how to dig deep when I wanted to call it a day. The 4 week series was so addicting that I just kept signing up for additional series. The team at Inline really knows their stuff and I think that's what makes the difference. It's never "one size fits all" there - they really work to custom build your workout based on what you want to achieve. Everyone greets you with a smile and wants to know how your week is going. It's like working out with a really in-shape best friend and I'd highly, highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in better shape or just learn how to train smarter.
I requested a one-time walk in private session during a holiday visit to Balto and was booked almost immediately with Arielle, a truly gifted trainer. I'm recovering from back surgery and she knew exactly what I needed to strengthen my core without over stressing my back. I felt like a million bucks. And also, though I'm fairly knew to private training, I know it's a very personal thing...there needs to be a connection between trainer and student. And Arielle is the kind of person you can talk to for 5 minutes and feel like you've been friends for years. I wholeheartedly recommend Arielle and Inline to anyone who wants a top of the line experience.

I love taking the Group Classes at Inline. I started going with a friend and we are still taking classes every week. The Pilates instructors and friendly and make the classes fun. They know just how to get me to work my abs! The studio itself is beautiful and just a pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to my night classes at Inline!
The facilities here are modern and the trainers here are excellent. The trainers take your feedback on what you want to work on as well. It is a clean and fun environment (well as fun as personal training can get).
