Workouts are very tough on Tuesday.
Very good 1 on 1 training also proper technique
Also go on GROUPON and type this place in go for the 5 days you will see an amazing difference in your body structure. Also your stamina builds up a lot truly a wonderful gym.

We held a self-defense class for our office, and Jasmina and Dave are fantastic instructors! They showed our staff great techniques, walked through different situations and defense maneuvers, and they answered all of our questions. We're looking forward to our next class!
