I love this place, the cycling classes are amazing, they are family oriented and the staff are just fantastic. The Weinberg Y in Waverly is a gym you can call GREAT!
Close to my home and work, in the city, clean facilities, good activity offerings, friendly volunteers, newly renovated, relevant exercise classes, at convenient times for my work schedule. Popular, without being crowded.
I have just begun my fitness journey and have not yet taken advantage of the many classes and features of the facility yet but I look forward to taking a few classes, particularly yoga, working out with my peers and learning how to use all of the state of the art equipment at my disposal.
I go with my family almost daily. The Y is so welcoming and the staff are so inviting. I love it here.
I joined the "Y" 7 months ago and I am thankful I did! Results have been rewarding. My mental and physical health has improved. I look forward to my daily workouts and.greeting the Staff/Trainers is always pleasurable and memorable!
The swim coach for the babies is excellent!!!
The hours are great ,my personal trainer is great help to me. The equipment is the best I've ever worked with. My personal trainer is very knowledgeable about health and the equipment .
What I like about my Y experience is me becoming voluntary of getting stronger, and healthier. I like that I can attend to Yoga classes and universally surrounding myself around great people, I love the fitness quest and a daily routine of working out, I love bringing my family there to enjoy ourselves and playing basketball. the Y itself is a great community to better yourself Physically, and Spiritually.
I joined and have remained a member because of Donnette Mitchell. Her classes are very inspiring. She makes you feel good while she encourages you to work hard for that new body you want. Whenever she subs a class additionally to her regular classes I make sure to be there because I know that I will have a great workout.

I like this gym a lot. I have gone pretty consistently for the last 9 months, and I always have a good experience. They have a lot of equipment; with the exception of benches, I rarely have to wait to use anything. The place is kept clean, the facilities are nice, and the staff are friendly.

My daughter is in the preschool there and is having an amazing experience. All of the teachers are loving and supportive and the management is so kind and approachable. It's a great place to be.

Great looking place with lots of activities. Elephant in the room: $10 for daily non-member access to the basketball court omg???? Why so expensive???
Very disappointed. Went to drop my daughter off at the stay and play and the lady was yelling so much at the children that my daughter who is 5 said "this doesn't seem like fun" and didn't want to go. After getting changed and all packed up for my first workout in a long time we had to go home because there is nothing else for a five year old to do here! I asked about swimming lessons and with two left in the session they said I would have to pay the entire session or wait until the next one! I'm actually so sad about this experience as I've heard so many great reviews.

My daughter attends the summer day camp and she really enjoys the activities. The young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and patient with helping me to register my daughter for camp.

Nice facility. Lots of exercise equipment, not busy to often. The pool is supposed to be heated but it rarely above 80°. If my kid is in for more than 10 minutes, he starts shivering and his lips turn purple. Not sure why it's so cold. Reliable childcare during workouts and the Preschool is excellent.
