All 'free' weights are in guided racks. Mostly cardio. Employees cleaned the floors and equipment twice in 20 minutes leaving chemical scents. The price is the best feature of this gym. The signs that say "Judgement Free Zone" are fully ironic as the security of the building threatened to call NSA (I couldn't say why) and actually called local law enforcement simply because I was taking too long to?d complete money transfers neccesary for me to join...this worked out for me since, later I was able to take advantage of a promotion that saved me around $60 toward my enrollment. Overall, not horrible though since i can still get a full workout in and it's not very crowded.

Enjoy the gym very much. Good location and quality machines. Great customer service. Afiesha is awesome. She gave me a great tour and was super friendly. I signed up because of her and the hydro massage chairs :D

I do enjoy coming here and getting my work out on. The staff are real nice and super helpful and friendly. And they keep the place pretty clean too.

Wonderful gym!!! Great positive atmosphere. I love this place to exercise plenty of machines and helpful staff and passionate. The gym location is fantastic. I would like to highly recommended.

WARNING: NOT CHILD FRIENDLY AT ALL Men walk around the locker(not shower) room naked all the time. It's like they don't even see the changing booths right across from the showers, honestly. Even the club manager Reggie Perry does this also, so don't bother taking your complaint to him! And what's worse is when I askef one of the workers there about this, he said people bring their children there that are under 18! If you don't want your kids being exposed to old hairy wood and balls in the male locker room, or just not interested in it seeing it period, don't come to this gym! I've never had to worry about anything like this with the YMCA!

Love how close to home is and also for being located in Downtown is never packed. I was a member for almost two years. I had to cancelled because of moving.
Pay to park around all those stress and free after 6pm.

Very convenient place to workout any day or night. Quite affordable membership, allows you to have access to any of their >1500 clubs. You can also benefit the massage chairs/beds or tanning machines.

Very impeccable staff I left my barcode from my home club and phoned over to verify and let me in. And the cleaning staff are under the treadmills literally cleaning places you dont see, that's dedication to customer service. Minus one star for not so clean showers...thank God for shower shoes.

False advertising.......they go into your bank account without permission and then want you to cancel in person... no higher authority but one manger that can't help

There are free 30 and 60 minute small group training classes, and a self-directed circuit of training equipment combined with step aerobics. There are no large group classes, such as body pump, boot camp, or CrossFit. As a relative novice, I wish more instructional sessions were provided. Fortunately, I have enough experience to know how to get a good workout for myself.

nice gym. Never crowded when I go there. As expected tho, there are a lot of dudes using the cable fly, benches, and assist bars so patience is a virtue when waiting on your set lol.

This PF location does a lot with a little bit of space. I do wish the 360 area was larger as it is hard not to be in other people's way while using some of the equipment.

My favorite "me time" place. The staff is generally Pleasant. The equipment is clean and so are the restrooms.

I have been a member for years and have been featured in a commercial for Planet Fitness. I love the location of this gym because I can jump on the Light Rail and walk a block and I am there.

Right in a middle of the city. Easy to bike too. No parking. Small free weight section but plenty of mechanics.

My daughter went online to get me is signed up.. we moved and needed to do sign up at another location they charged me 58 dollars cancel and would not just transfer to new location after i was told it could be done.. you lost a customer PF...

A very peaceful and respectable environment any age groups and all walks of life. Counting of pleasure to go there and get your workout in build your muscles or help out your cardiovascular system. Clean and healthy environment. Staff is excellent.

I love the price for black card membership, but would be better if the PF's had hot tubes, or swimming pools. But for simply working out, excellent!

Too small not very friendly people and is not it's good for bicycle riders or treadmill walkers but if you want to work out on some decent muscle forget it

I come work out regularly during the weekday evenings and always have a wonderful expierence. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond. However, it can be crowded during peak hours. The staff makes up for it.

There has been over 10 lockers burglarized in less than a month. Me included. Even if you have a lock and it's secure. Planet Fitness will not accept responsibility. No personnel in place to prevent theft in locker rooms. Great place to work out but put your belongings of value home or in your vehicle. They won't even let you use the phone to call 911. And will do whatever it takes to accept responsibility when you have employees watching TV instead of the desk.

Overall gym is nice and quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. No female staff. Don't understand why I have to pay a $5 to attend another gym with membership and have to upgrade to use the 'spa' facilities. Good for a quick or long workout.

Not too bad. Small-ish and limited equipment. I wouldn't join long-term if I lived in the area but it sufficed as a place to work out while at a convention.

Parking is a hastle in saltimore but once you get past that the gym is really nice
