Don't waste your money on a fancy overpriced gym. Come here. This place has everything you need.

This is one of my favorite places to be. Very homey and feels like a big friendly family. No airs or pretensions in any corner of this big gym. Plenty to do here- they fill the schedule with tons of fun stuff for all ages and fitness levels.

Had what I need; low key; personal and friendly service from the staff. Accessible entrance. I like this place because it's usually quiet and I can get my workout done without scrutiny or interruption from others.

Affordable Friendly neighborhood squash gym feel with a regionally significant number of courts (I think 14!). Totally unpretentious squash community. Lots of amenities for the low membership rate.

Also available are spin classes, Brazilian jiu jitsu, a decent size weight room, pilates classes, yoga classes.

Oh yeah....and you buy a can of beer to drink after working out.

Without a doubt the best squash scene in Baltimore, and probably in the country. Somehow does not feel like an elitist sport here. They have free clinics for beginners, which makes it easy to meet players who are also just starting out. And League nights and pros for lessons for the seriously addicted. There's everything you could need in the free weight area. I can't comment on the cardio machines, because why would you do that to yourself when you can play squash!?

The facility is a nice place for a few rounds of squash. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the water fountains near the squash courts is always nicely chilled and refreshing (it's the small things that count)! Finding it for the first time can be a bit tricky, as it is tucked away and requires crossing either a wooden bridge or the Baltimore Light Rail to access.

Someone said about this gym: Maybe not the fanciest place, but most definitely the friendliest in the area. I always go there when I'm in the city. Can recommend without hesitation.

This is probably the destination in Baltimore for raquetball since the place hosts so many competitions. Other than that, it is just a good old school, low-tech gym. I go there mostly to get in some cardio on the bike, the recumbent bike, and treadmills. There are plenty of weights and they offer classes. The only downside to the place is that it sits right in a highly floodable area on the banks of the Jones Falls. So, sometimes it may be closed due to heavy rains or snow.

If you play squash, great. If not, Gym has all your lifting needs however, not in the best conditions. Staff allows members to leave weights up which I've seen 100s of pounds left on equipment. At rush hour in the gym it can be crammed not leaving much room. They should eliminate a court for gym members. Staff could use better customer service as well.

Don't buy racquets here since they're criminally overpriced here. Go to Princeton or online for that. But other than that it's great.

Excellent fit for squash players. Coaches are great - the best place to get introduced to the game and improve. Excellent facility where they help you set games up. I just wish they had made it electronic. You have to go there and physically sign up for games. That's fine, but in today's smartphone age... Really?

Really great gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is great and the classes are fantastic. I took Erin's wed morning spin class and she is by far the best instructor the club has. This gym isn't super packed like every other gym in the area, I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff. Family friendly activities. Weights are dated but there's always space in the weight room. Classes are fun, they offer occasional deals in Groupon

No judgment here! The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Great childcare as well!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. This is not a normal gym, they really work you out. I've only been a member at this gym for a week and its already addicting. So far I've only taken the kickboxing class and I was afraid that I would be so lost in this class, but the trainer took his time with me and showed me the proper way to hit and kick. No matter what level you're at with kickboxing, the workout here is challenging but FUN.The entire staff is awesome and so friendly. I would recommend everyone to at least try it with a free class. You'll be ready to sign up the same day.
