I have had horrible experience with this Gold's location. From the customer service, to instructors that do not show up on time, to a front desk doesn't keep you informed that an instructor cancelled, you will just waste your time. There have been times where I was at the gym waiting for it to open only for it open an hour late. When I spoke with the manager (Vince), he did not seem interested in even hearing why I was cancelling my membership in order to address for the future. For the money you will pay, seeing that they do not have the latest or newest equipment, you would expect at least good customer service. I will say the best part about my experience was Ms. Patty who opened in the mornings. There is a new LA Fitness open down the street. I recommend you direct your attention and membership there instead.
