I took a beginners class here to be introduced to yoga in a proper way. I found the experience very rewarding and the instruction to be very helpful. Tonya taught my class and I really thought she was great at explaining to us that you only go as far as you can and not to push yourself too far too fast! I highly recommend taking a class here! Love this studio. Great instructors, great pricing. Love practicing here. Easy 2 hour street parking, or park in a lot and enjoy the walk around Main Street. Beautiful view from the studio.... more
