Just finished a one on one Aerial Workshop at the Benton studio. I am so in love with this new style of yoga!!! Can't wait to start taking classes regularly!!!. I was new in town and Tina and her family of instructors welcomed me with open arms, love the studio, and the family that is empower yoga! Bonus.... more

The building was closed and then i got a call about a reservation it was very sketchy and very scary it was the old abandoned building so beware. Thank your for telling me about this place breyonka I really in joyed the yoga session... more

Just FYI, it's in a noisy mall. The space is nicely decorated, the employees are helpful, & there are many classes... But... It was too distracting for me to see thru the windows looking the bright sign for the shop across from it AND listen to the loud music/bass reverberations coming from the 2 stores on either side of the studio.... more
