Just finished a one on one Aerial Workshop at the Benton studio. I am so in love with this new style of yoga!!! Can't wait to start taking classes regularly!!!. Went to visit to see about joing the Wellness Centre. I was not impressed, the men's locker area was dirty, there were dirty towels all over the place. We will be looking for a different place to join.... more

Rude and arrogant front desk people. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Sense a tiny bit of discrimination here.. need to keep pool open all day when y is open.......to confusing to guess when it is or isnt open for people who depend on it. Staff always nice. Equipment is very old but aside from that, its generally quiet and relaxing place to workout... more
