I've never felt more welcome than I do here. When they say "judgment free zone" they MEAN it! The entire environment is clean, kept up, & welcoming. I'm so glad I decided to join the PF family!

Great staff, great facilities. I had a problem with Anytime fitness that wouldn't refund me after one day realizing how awful their facilities were and Planet fitness hooked me up and for a fraction of the cost. Check this place out before going anywhere else!

I like that it is very clean. There is lots of equipment to use. The massage chairs and beds are great when you have had a long day or great workout.
Great gym to start working out for beginners.

Good place to workout but the trainer charges for classes that was told me to be free upon registering.

Very friendly atmosphere ,Plenty of room,and every kind of excersise equipment u need to loose weight, I recommend ANYBODY to COME join planet fitness, u want regret it.

I have been visiting this gym for 3 years, home gym is Shreveport. (Black card member) Just like my home gym, this one is very clean and spacious, loaded with cardio equipment and weight machines + free weights. Bathrooms are consistently in good shape, locker rooms with loads of free lockers for use.
Front desk staffers are all young and energetic, with good direct customer service that stands out. Zoey (?) I believe is her name, is a standout front desk staffer - works hard, friendly & talks to everyone, keeps that gym running like a fine-tuned machine - you go girl !!
Great anchor for plaza along with BAM! Glad Monroe has this!

I visit Monroe each year, I live in Germany. I usually stay for a week and go to Planet Fitness for my workouts. This past year I went in and asked if I could sign in (as a guest) as I always do because they will not give me a membership because I am from out of town. This year they declined and told me I had to pay the daily rate of around $27.50 a piece for myself and my girlfriend. I explained that for the past five years they have been allowing me to sign in as I guest, why not now? I was told that they have to enforce the policy. I'm fine with that but hate the inconsistency, so I went to Anytime Fitness and was given a one week membership that gave me 24 hour access to great machines. Anytime fitness has a great crew and are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness over Planet Fitness.

Good place to work out. They are just missing a dedicated space for their classes which wind up in the walk way or taking up machines for long stretches.

Great location, level 4 tanning and well maintained, small but decent showers, fully equipped, nice locker rooms, favorite ab machine and okay to park at Walmart next door.

Very friendly environment, your always greeted coming in or leaving, all equipment is kept clean and sanitary, I usually go early in the mornings though because after work it's hard to get around from everyone else being off work, besides that great place and cheap, drinks could be cheaper but that's just me. All in all I rate it 5 stars.
