First time going to the new location. I enjoyed it. Would be nice if the weights were re-racked. Thats my only complaint. Other than that i like the new look.

Friendly staff. Everyone in the gym is nice and friendly so don't be afraid to ask for help or tips from anyone. It's clean and the staff fixes broken equipment relatively quickly if you report it. Parking lot feels safe at night. Only thing is if you don't like to be cramped don't go before 7 p.m. on a weekday because it gets real clumped up by the weight benches. If you go after 8 p.m. you'll have every machine/weight area you planned to use to yourself.

Great place to workout but you got to hit it at the right time. It can get busy in a hurry.

I would not reccomend this location if you want up to date equipment and a caring staff. You cant even tell the weight of the dumbbells or kettlebells cause most of them are so worn. The machines and benches are extremely outdated (even a staff member admitted this after my complaint). The cost is double of gyms that are twice as nice and newer. I tried the gym out with a month membership and realised the first day that I was very disappointed, but they refused to refund me anything. Yes, I should've reviewed the gym first, but was in a hurry during a lunch break and trusted a nation wide company to have better equipment. I went to Planet Fitness around the corner(didn't know about it prior) which is a very nice gym with more than twice the amenities and shared my issues with anytime fitness and they actually gave me a month membership for only 15.00. With no sign up fees and I can cancel at anytime. The staff is great and so are the facilities. I understand that different people have different preferences, but as a professional business, you should always put customer service first which anytime fitness does not. They are more concerned about the money they bring in than their reputation. Save your money and check out planet fitness!
