Instructor was nice as well as the studio. Class was okay. I took the hot yoga class but to be honest the temperature was about luke warm. I was expecting to be soaked in sweat after the class, like I'm used to from other studios, but I barely broke a sweat!

I visited the Yoga Center three years ago when I moved to LC. After one visit I was enchanted by the peaceful, professional atmosphere, the thoughtful teachers who model, and the gentle but energetic "vibe" that comes from practicing with a class. I have learned so much about yoga (and myself) from the classes and workshops provided! I look forward to every session.
I had my first yoga class ever this morning at the Yoga Center. My body feels better than it has in months! Chelsea was so clear in her instruction and the space was incredibly relaxing.
