I love going here i have a gym membership here and its a good place to get a good workout burn a few calories. Afterwards i sit on one of the message chairs and relax for a while before i leave i highly recommend anybody go here if you haven't already.

Have never seen any PF location this poorly run, layed out or furnished! By far the worst Planet Fitness location I've ever been to (and I travel weekly). Staff was rude and made me fill out additional forms asking for personal info that I've never been asked for while visiting under my membership. No tanning beds, just stand up booths. Rooms weren't furnished with anything but a metal chair and the booth. NASTIER than the staff's attitude was the lack of a single towel and spray bottle on any wall. There were a couple places (trash cans w/ bottle and towel on top) in hard to see areas so I saw many members just get off of equipment, look around, then just walk away leaving it dirty.

The home of the "Judgement Free Zone" lives up to their name with their Northgate location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating and are seemingly always at the ready to help however they can! There is rarely a wait for equipment and if you're unfamiliar with the operation of one, a graphic is generally placed on it and staff are ready to elaborate as needed. The drinks can be pricey, so bringing your own is recommended (or if your a Black Card member, only $10 more a month, the price of drinks is trivial). The facilities are clean and it is important to play your part in keeping it that way (if you sweat on it, wipe it up)!
The only 'downside' is that there isn't a scale at the location, but one can easily imagine why.
Overall, if you're new to a regular routine or would like a casual experience, this location certainly fits the bill.

Often to crowded. Lots of people sit on equipment using their phones and not working out. It is a judgement free zone however. They need more locations to meet the needs of the massive amounts of members.

Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 46 plus times across the United States. The cons at this gym location were poor staff that were always on their phones; and unclean bathrooms that had fungus growing in The showers. I personally did not find any pros at this gym location. I would NOT recommend this gym but move on to another Planet Fitness in a different area if you're traveling.

I have been a member for a month at PF Northgate Mall location.... I find that I am very comfortable there, staff is very pleasant and helpful. I normally feel self conscious about working out but I've been very very comfortable.
