I went for "invite a friend" and Alex led the session. The gym is super clean and organized. Its larger than it looks. There is a cardio room, and strength training area separate from the workout space. I loved everything about this experience. If I join a gym (any type) it will be this one!

This is an excellent box! This gym is located in the downtown area of Lafayette. The coaches here are very helpful and are always willing to help. This gym not only has crossfit but also a bootcamp class and a weight lifting class. I've witnessed several out of towners drop in for a visit and they express how this gym is very friendly and has a positive atmosphere. This is a large gym and has a ton of equipment for everyone.
The best. It's like working out for high sports all over. We're a team!
