Very friendly staff. Plenty of group fitness classes offered for all levels of fitness/ability. Lots of equipment available. Personal trainers, massage therapists, swimming pool, hot tub, locker rooms with showers...
The staff is very welcoming. Members and staff become like family after a while. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my fitness needs.

The physical therapy staff is very professional, understanding, but hardworking, and helps a patient achieve desired results. They make you work hard, but they make it fun!

Good selection of workout equipment. Ample parking, not visible from road locaded behind st. Frances building. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Pool is always too cold. Tiles look dirty by pool. Water was green. May have met state requirements but you could see it was off for weeks
Water aerobics, good gym, showers could be cleaner and broken items fixed but overall great. Nice workers too!!
