When I first saw the facility, I was a little skeptical. I placed the address into my gps, and I arrived at Revolutionary Strength Academy. I had never been to the side of town the gym is located. As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by Mr. Blake. He provided background about the gym and the challenge. I wasn't convinced at that moment to accept the Six Week challenge that was offered. The following week I sat in on a workout session to see what Revolutionary Strength Academy was all about. I immediately accepted the challenge. The workouts, the people, and coaches are awesome. I highly recommend this facility. Blake and Jules are very knowledgable and enthusiastic coaches. I learned how to ACTUALLY stick to a meal plan & consume protein shakes. Jules introduced me to Pea Protein , and I love it now! It was mentally hard, but I managed to shed some pounds! If you are trying to lose weight, gain muscles, learn about the foods you should not be eating, and develop healthy habits, Revolutionary Strength Academy is the place to be. Don't second guess yourself! Let the coaches help you reveal that new healthy body. Thanks Blake & Jules!
