Very impressed with their facility. Thinking about signing up..Attending Pre-diabetic class. The nurses and staff are wonderful. I enjoy the class.Our homeschool group was able to attend a free nutrition presentation put on by 2 young ladies who happened to be in the Diet/Nutrition field.... more

Gym sucks..and staff is non existent.Best Gym in the City....We were so thankful to stumble upon this gym. We met Shane who was extremely accommodating, welcoming and informative. This gym has something for everyone!.... more
