I used to go here and sadly moved away for a new job, but I love this gym. The people are incredibely nice and the coaches and staff do an excellent job to make you feel welcome. You don't feel like a number here, the coaches and staff really get to know you and how you workout and they use that knowledge to better support you in your fitness journey. The workouts are always excellent and the people are great to workout with so you always leave feeling better. If you've done crossfit before, I'm sure you'll get a great and personalized experience here. If you haven't done crossfit before, the coaches and staff make it easy to learn. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Love Owensboro Crossfit. The coaches and staff are very knowledgeable and the workouts are versatile. I would 5/5 recommend!

This box is the place to go for crossfit! Such an inspiring, fun community with amazing coaches. In the months that I've been there I've seen such a drastic change in my ability and confidence!

If you are looking for the best CrossFit gym in town OBCF is the place to be! Not only is the coaching A1, but the community is amazing. I have been going here for almost a year and it never ceases to amaze me how amazing this gym is. Try this place out!!

Coach Jay Lineback is very knowledgeable and gets to know each and every athlete. He knows their strengths and weaknesses very well. Each person learns at their own pace and learns proper technique and movements!

This Crossfit is very good -- local owner with tons of knowledge and very friendly crew. The Box is big -- lots of space and a locker room and kid play space away from the weights.
