My wife and I love this gym. The staff is wonderful! It is always clean and has everything we need for a good workout. It's a place where anyone will feel comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.
Great place. It is operated as advertised. Very friendly, great equipment and I have a very qualified trainer in Bruce Wayne. Having begun my first exercise regime at 71, Bruce has taken great care to introduce me to all equipment and floor exercises that are helping me attain my goal of strengthening and flexibility and must say, I have already noticed positive changes in only the 2+ months of working out. Better health and endurance here I come! Thanks to Stay Fit 24 Owensboro.
I have driven by many times before stopping. I should have stopped years ago. This place has changed my life. I just turned 52 and in the best shape I have ever been. This could not have been possible without the help of Luke. He has kept me motivated and wont quit on me. He and Bruce are very knowledgeable and will help you build muscle, lose weight or just get in better shape . This gym is incredibly well known for its quality of machines, ease of use, excellent pricing model, and general cleanliness. The instructors are seen as available and happy to assist in workout regimen planning and spotting. The only well known qualm is the clientele have been known to harass new or overweight guests, which is always dealt with appropriately. Hardly the fault of the business itself but certainly something to note.
