Our homeschool group was able to attend a free nutrition presentation put on by 2 young ladies who happened to be in the Diet/Nutrition field. They had topics and questions for all age groups. There was a great meeting room where this was held.
It's a very clean, well maintained exercise system.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, the areas are clean and they have a wide variety of equipment to choose from. Wish the therapy pool was a tad warmer though.

My husband and I primarily use this gym for walking, cycling, hot tub and basketball. Always clean. Staff is pleasant.

Good facility to go to but they have alot of high school players that come in and tie up all the equipment, swimming lanes, and facilities. For the cost and as over crowded as it has become lately I would reccomend checking out other spots in the area first. Debating myself on leaving.

Just did their exercise is medicine program through my doctor and it really works the trainers help out a lot they actually care

So far I am impressed by the tour I took. I was also given a couple of one day passes to try out the facility. I will give an update once I use the passes.

The physical therapy and fitness specialists are abundant and all excellent at what they do. The fitness equipment is always cutting edge and in good working order. Never have to wait to use your favorite treadmill, stationary bike or elliptical. The cafe is a great place to eat lunch whether you're a member or not. Everyone is positive, even the lawyers who workout there.
Have plenty of knowlegable staff on duty, the have 2 pools, all the latest equipment, and a good variety of classes.
Friendly people who are all about your health and well-being.
