I enjoyed working with the pilates reformer on my trial visit, so I enrolled in the three month special. That is where my enjoyment ends. The customer service is so tough here, as they rarely answer the phone, do not return voicemails and don't follow through on email. On the day I asked to cancel my membership I was told there is a 30-day advanced notice. I emailed the cancellation form the next day, knowing I would invoke sunk costs for the following month. I never heard back, so I asked for confirmation. They reached back out, said they never got the form (I send it via email so there is a record) and so I resent and let them know. I again never heard back. I am still getting charged two months later. I would highly consider the customer service in your equation of deciding to put your credit card on file with this company.
