I tried physical therapy, water therapy, epidurals.. I was at the end of my rope on my back pain, I have bulging and herniated disc from many years of sports...I thought about Pilates because I had heard so many great things about it...I finally came in thinking it was not gonna be a real workout, like I was used to working iut with weights...Omg I was blown away at the results I got! My instructor Julie Gahm is a retired nurse so she was perfect for me, she was very cautious about my neck and making sure I did the exercises right to help my back not hurt it..The results have been amazing I've lost 33 pounds of fat, gained 16 pounds of muscle and when I went in I could hardly walk from back pain that's why I had gained so much weight, even walking hurt! The relief began immediately after a few weeks the relief in my back was unbelievable so it was really easy to stick with it,..I've been doing it a year now and I never miss, I never dread going to work out like I used to in the gym or when I used to workout with a personal trainer...I love my workouts with Julie and Molly, I look really forward to them and I am more cut now than I've ever been from working out, am for the breathing practices bring you into spiritual harmony and balance...It's really been life changing for me, and the instructors here are off the charts amazing! Holly who owns it is so kind, it really feels like home when you working out there...I was able to waterski and play golf recently because of the core and back strength I've built through Pilates, with no pain...it's amazing I'm telling you when I started with Julie Gahm I could barely walk with her expert knowledge and kind building nature she has inspired me to make an unbelievable full come back, I'm more cut and stronger than I've ever been, and worked out and played sports my whole life..Thanks to the whole team at Pilates village for the results and making it feel so comfortable and like home when you workout there...Tami Conti
