Staff was not only informative, but engaging while on Gym tour. Staff nicely explained all aspects of the "contract" with inclusions and cancellation criteria. Felt like we belonged and lime we fit in.

I have a Planet Fitness closer to my home than this one but I always make the drive out to this one I absolutely love it the staff is phenomenal the place is normally clean and they have the best tanning beds around* With cleaning in mind * the only recommendation I have would be to do a better job cleaning and dusting the bathroom stalls every day /multiple times a day and also cleaning the tanning beds every day as well... otherwise I have nothing but positive things to say

Nice and clean Place friendly staff. Good size showers appreciate that. It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap.

I was going to join this AM, good deal until they ask for checking account info. They stated they only use credit/debt as secondary. Didn't join, when they change credit/debt payment to primary, I'll join...sorry....

This gym is close and I like that it's 24 hours a day. So when I get in the mood I can go in the wee hours of the morning or night before it gets packed to get in a good workout.

Pretty crowded at times. People tend to hog machines that you need to use. Employees are pretty nice but should make more rounds to ensure the place remains tidy and paper towels remain stocked.

I like planet fitness. I just wish they had more free weights. My only other issue is they once told a friend of mine that her workout was to meaning for other clients. Why in the hell is everyone looking at her and not workingout. That's creep be logical planetfitness.

Friendly, clean, well-maintained, and plenty of machines and workout areas. Locker room (I've seen only the women's) is clean and comfortable. Love the amenities offered by the black card membership.

Some employees here feel the need to shout and threaten customers!!! Beware !!
Been a member for past few years. Never had any issues till today. When manager jake has threatened to cancel my membership. The reason, my mom was lying on the hydro bed as my guest. He told me it was not allowed i first asked if she could continue today and tomorrow she will apply for a black card.
But instead of being happy. He rudely asked me to get out and cancel my membership. He said he had warned me before and i told him he had mistaken because i have never spoken to him or even known who he is.
I dont believe shouting at a current customer and an elderly woman disrespectfully will be appreciated by anyone.
Planet fitness says there are no bullies in their gyms but what about some of these employees who feel the need to take out agression on people around them.
My mother is terrified to go back to the gym with me. And has also asked me to avoid this location fearing my safety.
I hope this person is held accountable for what he has done.

One of the best gyms around. Of course I go at night late so it's not busy then. Lots of machines to use and hit every muscle. Great cardio too!

Absolutely terrible customer service and lied 100% to my face multiple times. Recently joined for 2 months at this location while working in KY for the holidays. Completely laid out my situation stating that I only needed the membership for 2 months while down for work. They said I could cancel at anytime as long I came to any PF anywhere. Turns out you have to cancel at the place you signed up at. Too late I'm back home in MN. Also have to be a member for 90 days before I can transfer to a PF near me and then cancel. Would have been nice to know this from the start. Now stuck paying for a "gym" I don't want.

I love working out the Rest! My HUMANA pays for it it has helped me to lose almost 15lbs. I feel great I want to loose 5lbs. more with my partner Debbie Lee she got me started last year. We only went a few times but now we are trying to got twice a week.

Clean with lost of equipment. Very limited free weights but not bad to get a lot of cardio and machine exercising work accomplished

I love planet fitness. They need to take care of their bathrooms better. Some are better than others. This one is not my favorite but it's alright.

I stopped by to get a tour for possible membership. Nice gym but their dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs. They said their gym is for beginners. So what do you do once you have worked your way to to 75 lb dumbbells? Go to another gym? Or limit yourself to 75's? I won't be joining this gym.

The price is good and the staff is nice for the most part. I don't like how often machines get changed out tho. As soon as I incorporate a new Machine into my routine, it disappears the next time I come in. That's just annoying. Other than that it's a good gym
