I absolutely love this place. Welcoming atmosphere, tough workouts, but definitely doable. I've done both classes and parties here and I would recommend them to anybody. I love an hour away and will happily drive to Lady Kave for their services.

Sabrina was an incredible instructor! We came for a bachelorette party and we absolutely loved it. I have a bit of a physical disability and she was more than willing to show me alternative moves so that I could still enjoy the class fully and be involved. Couldn't have had a more outstanding time! I most definitely recommend.
