Honestly if you knew me you would laugh me away because the only fitness I'm into is fitness food in my mouth. The place looks great for fitness people but I was merely in the parking lot waiting on my partner to finish shopping. I have always heard great things about planet fitness I'm just to lazy to actually follow an exercise routine.

Very easy to work out here and their equipment is great. Sometimes, some of the the employees are less than friendly, but their manager is excellent with his customer service and with keeping the place clean and running.

Love this place but it needs a update on the equipment. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that there was some one wipping down the machines

Worst experience i have ever had. I joined 3 months ago and they took my 10.00 monthly fee and my 41.00 annual fee . Now 3 months later they took an additional 41.00 from my account. I called to enquire on Sept 4th at 10:30 am and the employee that answered just said it is our policy .We do this after 3 months . So Planet Fittness your 10.00 a month no contract is a lie. It is not about the money it is about the transparency of it. I will cancel my membership tomorrow morning.

The employees had no desire to be part of the solution... They seemed more concerned about getting together after work... The gym itself is fine status quo for PF... Convenient and most of the machines are available

I love this place! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is great, gym is always clean and tidy.

Don't bother, rude women working the front desk... Forget the "no judgement zone" they apparently missed that step in orientation. Also don't bother bringing your guests, because apparently at this particular location, guests aren't welcome.

This place is nice and clean new facility, somewhat crowded most of the times that I'm there. Just wish the staff was a little friendlier and offered help with different machines. Parking can be an issue at times with Krogers next door.

Place is a ripoff. Tried to terminate my membership and they claimed that i owed them money so they cant terminate the membership. I havent used this place or any other planet fitness in almost two years! And they continue to charging my bank account. Avoid this place. Im going to get legal help.

I've been to about 10 Planet Fitness locations. This one is the worst, by far. It is extremely small & usually crowded, which might be tolerable if the employees didn't make it so clear that they hate their lives. I don't know what it is about this specific gym, but I've never had such consistently rude service at any of the other locations. I had been going to this gym for about two years (and dreading every trip), though I will now be driving double the distance to get to the location by Jefferson Mall.

A joke of a place. Black card member and I sat waiting for a tanning bed for 20 min. Why they gave others tanning beds. Because the kid who waited on me was busy eating an ice cream cone hanging out. Its def not a gym it's a place to hang out and get fatter than u already are.

No bad experiences with customer service, I always have people greet me and wish me well. The facility though, it's just not large enough for its location. I try to go at nights, hoping it wont be too busy, several times withing the past few weeks that was NOT the case. Love the atmosphere, hate dealing with crowding

Typical, relaxed, no pressure, unintimidating Planet Fitness atmosphere. Come here to get a good workout without any pretentious vibes. Have visited several times. Desk staff had always been friendly, facility clean, neat and orderly. Decent amount of weight and cardio machines.

The customer service here is awful. Went in to try and sign up for a membership and they let like 20 other people who were behind me check in before even trying to help me then wanted to me wait more so I just left empty handed. They were not at all apologetic about it either. This is the second time I have tried to get a membership here. The first time they denied me for not having my banks accounting and routing numbers.

Went 4the first time last night staff was ok but they didnt even show me were anything was I had 2walk around an find everything on my own the ppl there were friendly equipment was great but thought I get a lol more help

Buyer be aware !!!! If I could give less than one star I would.
If you are a college student do NOT sign up at this Planet Fitness. You will not be able to cancel. My daughter left Louisville over a year ago and has been fighting to cancel for over a year. They want you to come in to cancel. You can not cancel at any other location. They say write a letter, well after 4 letters we are still getting charged. Staff is disgusting and awful when you call on the phone in an attempt to cancel. There is never a manager on when you call regardless of the day you call and there's never an owner there when you call. Messages do not get returned and in most cases they refuse to take a message. My next course of action is to file a complaint with the state attorney generals office of Kentucky, the Better Business Bureau in the state of KY as well as the Attorney General's office of Pennsylvania.

Great gym. Has all the equipment without the muscle heads. They truly are a no judgement kind of place. No one will bother you unless you ask. Staff is friendly if you do ever have a question.

Love the number of cardio machines, since that's probably what the majority of people are there for. I just wish there was more space for a larger 'free-weights' section, as well as more smith machines. Three smith machines for the whole building is not enough! Unless you go at odd hours of the day, you will be fighting people for a chance to use free weights and the smith machines.
